These pictures are in reverse order so this is Row on the way home. We took our annual trip to Vernal a couple weeks ago. This kids love, love, love Vernal. We camped at the
KOA, threw rocks in the
reservoir, watched mom do a very short
triathlon, swam, swam, and swam
some more at the rec. center.

This year went much better then last year. Hopefully that means that all my running and spinning is doing something. Picture below, the girl I passed on the way up the hill, of course she killed me on the downhill (yes I am that
wimpy). The run went very
smoothly which is were I really struggled last year so I was happy to feel good through the whole thing, take 12 min. off of last years time and even took 1st for my age group.
